Warranty

CSNJ products are warranted against manufacturer defects to the original owner from the date of original purchase for the expected lifetime of the light.


In the event of defective materials and/or workmanship,CSNJ Technologies will repair or replace, at its option, the defective product within 45 days from receipt of the defective product for the first three years after purchase.


Once the product(s) is received, customer needs to inspect & test within 1 business day. If product is defective, CSNJ will process a repair, replacement, or refund within 3 to 5 business day.  

CSNJ Technologies will pay the shipment of the replacement. If items are deemed to be in good working condition then customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. Your cooperation with our team during the initial troubleshooting phase can help to eliminate potential cost associated with the return of non-defective products.


After three years and up to 5 years from the original date of purchase, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and CSNJ Technologies will be responsible for the cost of parts.


After 5 years CSNJ will offer repair services or parts as long as parts are available; the cost of repairs and parts after 5 years are the sole responsibility of the customer.


The Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from, but not limited to, improper care, housings that have been opened, misuse, exposure to caustic or corrosive chemicals including but not limited to fumes caused by burning sulfur, or normal wear and tear, which includes but is not limited to 5% or less of LEDs not lighting, improper installation, and/or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, improperly packaging and shipping the light back to CSNJ, etc. Owners will be notified when repairs are completed, if the light is not claimed within 45 days of being notified the light will become the property of CSNJ.
